Day and night: the Halloween Community Day Festival presented by Taylor Frucel

This year, Halloween fell on the weekend.

This line from the hip-hop classic by the Geto Boys (Mind's Playing Tricks On Me) is definitely in effect this weekend. With the big day coming up this Sunday (October 31st), the weekend has its share of things to do.

However, if people are looking for a way to spend the day with and for the kids, along with the evening for the 21 and older audience, consider the day festival hosted by Taylor Frucel taking place Saturday, October 30th.

Yes, we said day festival.

The first half of the day (1-6pm) is all about the kids. The event is free to attend as it includes face-painting and a 50 foot bounce house are part of the fun activities for children to enjoy. Additional features including an exotic animal themed petting zoo along with a spotlight on aspiring youth entrepreneurs add to the community fun-day and more (along with gift bags for the kids).

Add to it the exotic cars on display and it allows for an added tier of fun (including photo ops and more).

At 6pm, the event transitions to a 21 and older themed event.

The cars and animals are part of the event (as well as multiple businesses/vendors), but the wide range of music performances and more add to the festivities, including photo ops, video concepts (as representatives from multiple music outlets are scheduled to be present), and performance opportunities, artists of all levels have the chance to get their music heard and more, including connecting with an audience ready to hear "what's hot" on the horizon; ranging from the plug and play along with performance opportunities, there are engagement and connection opportunities with the audience which are as budget-accessible as possible. Spaces are limited, so artists are encouraged to act swiftly (click HERE and scroll to Halloween Community Day Showcase to find out more).

This weekend adds to the growing lineup of events presented by Taylor Frucel over the past few months (click HERE for a recap of the Boss Biz Expo and click HERE for a recap of the Industry Mixer) to bring together creatives, businesses, and the community.

After all, this year, Halloween falls on the weekend.
