In case you haven't heard, 2026 is an election year on multiple levels (click HERE for our article on happenings on the state level/Georgia).
And yes, to this day, politics is local; one such local election for those in Gwinnett County includes the county's Superior Court (judge), as this is the position Ramona Toole (Esq) is running for.

In our conversation with her, we get a point of reference of her credentials, platform, and ways to stay informed and engaged with her campaign.
For starters, she brings more than 20 years of experience as an attorney, working multiple levels and leadership within the court systems of the City of Atlanta, Fulton County, and Gwinnett County. On top of sharing her experience, she also shares her motivation in pursuing the field of law (you may watch the interview segment to learn more):
In running for Superior Court Judge, Ms. Toole provides context as the general public may not know exactly the court's jurisdiction and kinds of cases they cover/render decisions on. In addition to the information for the public, she also shares key aspects of her platform, ranging from judicial efficiency along with dignity and respect for those who venture into the courtroom (you may learn more from the segment below):
To learn more about her campaign and related work, it's encouraged to visit her website (click HERE) and related media (click HERE for her Instagram); likewise, it's a good idea to check your voting status for this and related elections across local, state, and federal levels (you may watch the segment below for more information):
There are opportunities to meet her on the campaign trail and related events, including this Thursday (March 12, 2026). The event takes place at Chateau 1870 at CircaSpaces (491 Harbins Road in Dacula, GA) as it is recommended to RSVP for the meet and greet (light refreshments are provided).
As we get deeper into campaign season, there's a number of things to pay attention to.
And one to consider is the Right Toole for Justice.
