A scintillating Saturday (March 25th) with the SEL Foundation and Loganville-Conyers Alphas

Since their establishment on June 29, 2013, the Sigma Eta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. is a growing presence in the Loganville-Conyers (GA) area, along with interlocking parts of East Metro Atlanta (click HERE to learn more about their chapter history). As a result of their community engagement, they are named as the Georgia District Chapter of the Year for 2022.

However, they aren't resting on their laurels. In fact, via creative means and more, they proactively seek out ways to expand their reach, especially through their nonprofit arm, the Sigma Eta Lambda Foundation, Inc (click HERE to visit the nonprofit website). With programs including (but not limited to) the Alpha Male Project, the Academic Preparation Achievement Program, and the "Go to High School, Go to College" initiatives, they continue to provide access to resources for the communities they serve.

On Saturday, March 25th (2023), from 7-11pm, their "Bow Ties and Big Hats" event provides a fun and festive way for the 21 and older (mature) audience to enjoy an engaging and exciting evening while supporting the aforementioned and related community endeavors, all under the theme of the classic film "Harlem Nights".

Taking place at the Ashton Hills Golf Club (click HERE to visit their website), the formal affair provides a great way for people to enjoy their evening and weekend. Complete with a cash bar and heavy hors d'oeurves, there's a silent auction and other specials, including capping the evening off with a complimentary champagne toast. As an added feature, there's space allocated for those who are cigar aficionados (cigar section).

It's recommended patrons purchase their tickets online as there are limited on-site/at the door purchase opportunities available (click HERE to make your online purchase) along with sponsor opportunities.

Scintillating. Saturday (as in this Saturday, March 25th). A good cause and festival time.

Make your way this weekend for the SEL Foundation's affair.
