Conceive. Believe. Achieve.
It seems pretty straightforward when it comes to formulating an idea, having the sense of getting it done, and then doing so.
Building upon these and related principles is precisely what the work of the Men and Ladies of Columbia High School in Decatur, GA is all about. Combined with their leadership team and the efforts of their chief catalyst, Bobby Frazier, students who are a part of this program, along with their supporters, are doing these and inter-related work for self, school, and community.
We recently sat down with Mr. Frazier to gain insight on the current and forthcoming endeavors which are in place. As an educator at the high school, his extended community efforts include the work he does as the director of the 1911 Foundation (which provides access to education and related enrichment opportunities) along with being a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

An upcoming event via the Men and Ladies of Columbia High School is their Head Over Heels experience on March 28th. With a focus on celebrating and appreciation of the impact of women across the board, it provides a way of simply saying "thank-you" to the tremendous efforts done day-in and day-out across multiple areas (you may watch and learn more from the segment below):
The event also serves as a "bridge" to related programming. In April (next month), students are preparing for their college tour to Savannah State University. Given a number of students' interest in pursuing marine biology, the HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) has one of the top programs in this field in the country, as the tour allows for learning and engagement opportunities for potential post-high school pursuit. An inter-related engagement opportunity is their future trip to Costa Rica; this coming Thursday (March 12, 2026), students are scheduled to meet with the consulate and their leadership team to learn more about their forthcoming cultural experience, which includes service and peer-related learning and engagement (you may watch and learn more from the segment below):
To learn more, including support opportunities for these and related programs, you may contact the organization via email at menandleadiesofcolumbia@gmail.com along with Mr. Frazier at frazierbobby99@gmail.com.
Given these and related programming, the concepts of conceiving, believing, and achieving aren't just a slogan, motto, or words to recite. It's a way of life and point of emphasis in how things are accomplished from day to day.
